Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred but not required. Must consistently follow company policies and procedures, reliably carry out assigned duties, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude. Strong achievement drive, empathy, integrity, pride, and good social skills are essential for success in our company.

Training: An extensive in-store training period under the guidance of a manager is a mandatory requirement for successful completion. Furthermore, regular participation in advanced pet and pet product-training courses is expected, along with occasional in-store training sessions. Your managers will also provide on-the-job instruction.

Salary Range: Wellness Associates Salary Range is Based on Previous Work Experience.

Time Commitment:  Wellness Associates have the option to be hired either on a full-time or part-time basis, with hours adjusted accordingly.

Physical Requirements: We’re looking for someone who can effortlessly lift and transport up to 50 pounds. You’ll be responsible for stocking our store and providing excellent carryout service to our valued customers. So, if you’re strong and up for the challenge, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Customer experience duties include:

  • Greeting and engaging with all customers to understand their pets’ needs and how Pet Evolution products and services, including Good Life Membership, can assist them.
  • Proficiently and precisely managing point-of-sale transactions, including sales, returns, appointment scheduling, and daily reconciliations.
  • Actively promoting and selling Good Life Membership to customers.
  • Actively promoting and selling Good Life Membership to customers.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by regularly cleaning the facility and equipment.
  • Efficiently organizing and stocking merchandise while being aware of shrink and inventory concerns.
  • Providing assistance to customers by helping them with their purchased merchandise to their vehicles.
  • Developing the ability to confidently address and overcome objections.
  • Committing to self-education regarding pets, pet products, and services through various means such as classes, reading, on-the-job training, and more.
  • Staying up-to-date about sales promotions, contests, and company goals.
  • Cheerfully and efficiently executing tasks as directed by supervisors.
