Returns & Exchanges Policy

  1. Returns & Exchanges for PetEvolution.com Purchases.

You have ten (10) days from the date of your receipt of a merchandise item purchased from PetEvolution.com to make a return only if (a) the item purchased arrived damaged, expired, was the wrong item sent, or otherwise fails to comply with any manufacturer’s warranty; and (b) the item purchased is unopened and in new and unused condition.

To begin a return of a PetEvolution.com purchase covered above, you must request a return authorization (“Return Authorization”) by contacting Pet Evolution Franchising LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us” and “our”) by emailing info@petevolution.com with your order number, model/SKU number, and the reason for your return within the ten (10) day return period above. If your return is accepted, you must return the item using your own shipping service of choice (at your cost) by mailing the item within five (5) days of our Return Authorization, to the addressed required in our Return Authorization.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We reserve the right to decline and return (at your cost) or destroy (without compensation to you) any items that do not meet our return requirements. Pet Evolution stores do not accept returns of PetEvolution.com purchases.

Your refund will be made in your original payment method upon our receipt of the item and verification of compliance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post the refund to your account. If your return complies with the requirements above, we will also refund your original shipping and handling costs, if any, for the original item purchased.

We do not accept exchanges of merchandise items purchased from PetEvolution.com or honor price matches. However, if applicable, you may return a merchandise item purchased from PetEvolution.com (subject to this Returns & Exchanges Policy) and place a new order for the desired merchandise item.

  1. Returns & Exchanges for Pet Evolution Store Purchases.

You have fifteen (15) days from the date of your purchase of a merchandise item purchased from a Pet Evolution store to make a return only if the item purchased is unused and in salable condition and you have the original receipt.

To return a merchandise item purchased from a Pet Evolution store, you must return the item (with original receipt) to the same Pet Evolution store of original purchase within the fifteen (15) day return period above. We reserve the right to decline and return any items that do not meet our return requirements.

Your refund will be made in your original payment method upon our receipt of the item and verification of compliance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post the refund to your account.

We do not accept exchanges of merchandise items purchased from a Pet Evolution store or honor price matches. However, if applicable, you may return a merchandise item purchased from a Pet Evolution store (subject to this Returns & Exchanges Policy) and purchase the desired merchandise item.

The Pet Evolution store of original purchase may be independently owned and operated by a Pet Evolution franchisee or licensee.  If so, this Pet Evolution store may have a different returns and exchanges policy and your return will be subject to that party’s terms and conditions and policies in lieu of the above Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  1. General Exclusions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Services or memberships.
  • Merchandise items marked as “final sale” or similar designation.
  • Partially or completely used Pet Evolution gift cards (except as required by applicable law).
  • Any merchandise received under our Good Life Membership program.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. Therefore, if you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

If returning an item that included a free gift or gift card, in most cases you are not required to return the free gift or gift card with the qualifying item. However, if you return the qualifying item, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the prorated value of the free gift or gift card.

  1. General Provisions.

We may revise this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without providing notice by posting a new version, which will be effective immediately for any returns not in process or completed. You expressly agree that we shall have no obligation to provide you with any notice of any changes, and you hereby expressly waive any right you may have to receive notice of any changes to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If any portion of this Returns & Exchanges Policy is held to be invalid, such holding shall not invalidate the other provisions of this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
