Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred but not required. Must consistently follow company policies and procedures, reliably carry out assigned duties, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude. Strong achievement drive, empathy, integrity, pride, and good social skills are essential for success in our company.
Training: Successful completion of an extensive in-store training period with a manager is a fundamental requirement. Additionally, regular attendance at advanced pet and pet product-training courses, as well as occasional in-store training sessions, is obligatory. Your managers will also offer on-the-job instruction.
Salary Range: The salary range for Wellness Associates is determined based on their prior work experience.

Time Commitment: Wellness Associates have the option to be hired either on a full-time or part-time basis, with hours adjusted accordingly.
Physical Requirements: As a stocker and carryout assistant, you’ll need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Customer experience duties include:
- Ensuring top-notch customer service by actively approaching and interacting with customers, learning about their pets, and demonstrating how Pet Evolution can support them.
- Demonstrating expertise in operating a point-of-sale register, ensuring accuracy in sales, returns, appointment bookings, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Promoting and effectively selling the benefits of Good Life Membership to our valued customers.
- Providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner when answering phone calls.
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic environment by consistently cleaning both the facility and equipment.
- Demonstrating awareness of shrink and inventory matters while efficiently organizing and restocking merchandise.
- Assisting customers in transporting their merchandise to their vehicles for a convenient shopping experience.
- Becoming adept at confidently handling and resolving objections.
- Continuously educating oneself about pets, pet products, and services, utilizing resources like classes, reading materials, on-the-job training, and other available means.
- Staying informed about the latest sales promotions, contests, and organizational objectives.
- Completing additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors in a cheerful and efficient manner.
