Keeping our staff and the community safe while still maintaining business is of utmost importance to us here at Pet Evolution.
While we are eager to return to full-service and full-staff, we will do so with new safety protocols in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. These include the following:
All staff will be wearing masks.
We will have plexi-glass dividers at the registers and in the self-service dog wash.
If possible, we ask that you wear a mask when you are shopping inside the store (this is not required).
We will limit the amount of guests in the store at one time. We ask that only necessary shoppers come in to the store and the dog wash.
“Walk-in” nail trims will open at both locations. In Woodbury, we will be utilizing our mobile service van in the parking lot for at least the first week to accommodate demand. We ask that while waiting, either stay in your car or practice physical distancing of 6ft or more.
For scheduled grooming appointments, either come in to check in or park at a designated grooming drop off parking spot and call us to come and greet your pet.
Our “drive thru" will be closing, however a "curbside" alternative will continue. Curbside pickup with over the phone payments are encouraged for those who do not feel comfortable shopping inside.
Home Delivery will still be available. Click here to order.
We will be continually sanitizing inside the store.
We request the use of our restrooms be only for staff at this time, unless it’s urgent.
We likely will not be wearing gloves due to the lack of availability. Instead, our staff will be washing hands as much as possible.
